NCDDebentures

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026

Agreement

By signing in to NCD ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not sign in.

What the Service does

The Service accepts non-convertible debenture interest-payout workbooks issued to a Chartered Accountancy practice, extracts the payment rows they contain, and generates per-investor workbooks for import into the practice's accounting system, as well as PDF or Excel statements of each investor's scheduled payments.

It is a data-processing aid. It is not an accounting, taxation, investment, or legal advisory service, and nothing it produces is professional advice.

Access and accounts

Access is by invitation. An administrator grants access to specific email addresses; signing in with an address that has not been granted access will not give you access to any data.

You must sign in with an account you are entitled to use, keep it secure, and not share it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your authorisation.

An administrator may withdraw your access at any time, and we may suspend access where it is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that threatens the Service.

Your data and your responsibilities

You retain all rights in the workbooks and data you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that material in order to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. The workbooks handled here contain other people's financial information — names, PAN numbers, and investment amounts — and you confirm that you are entitled to process that information and to have us process it on your behalf.

You must not upload material you have no right to, or use the Service to break any law that applies to you.

Verify what the Service produces

Check the output before you rely on it. The Service reads workbooks whose layout is set by third-party issuers and can change without notice. It flags rows it cannot reconcile, but no automated extraction is guaranteed to be complete or correct.

You are responsible for reviewing generated workbooks and statements before filing, reporting, sharing, or otherwise acting on them. Do not treat a generated figure as verified simply because the Service produced it.

A statement lists the payments an issuer's workbook schedules. An issuer's workbook does not show that a payment reached the investor's bank account, so confirm receipt against the bank record before treating a payment as settled.

Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. It is a privately operated tool with no uptime commitment, and it may be unavailable during maintenance, faults, or upgrades.

We may change or discontinue features. Where a change would remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Your access ends when an administrator withdraws it, or when the Service is discontinued.

On termination we will, on request, provide a copy of the data you uploaded and then delete it. The clauses on your responsibilities, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, tell affected users directly.
