# NCD > NCD turns the monthly interest-payout workbooks that non-convertible debenture (NCD) issuers send an Indian Chartered Accountant into one workbook per client PAN, ready for a single import into Lekhavo. It also produces per-client PDF and Excel statements of scheduled NCD payments. NCD is part of the Lekhavo suite for Chartered Accountancy practices in India. It is invitation-only, with Google sign-in. It has its own database and no connection to Lekhavo: its output is a file that the CA uploads through Lekhavo's normal NCD schedule import. ## What it does - Upload issuer workbooks: each issuer's monthly interest-payout workbook goes into one book of debenture payments. - Review: every row is validated. A row whose interest, TDS, net and principal figures do not tie out (within ₹1.50) is held back and blocks that client's export until it is corrected or excluded. - Partial files never delete payments. A missing payment is flagged as stale only when a newer file covers the same client, ISIN and period. - Hand corrections survive the next month's cumulative workbook, and the previous value is kept in the payment's history. - Export: one Excel workbook per client for import into Lekhavo, or a PDF or Excel statement for the last 3 months, the last 6 months, the current financial year, the last financial year or custom dates. - A statement lists the payments in the issuers' workbooks. It does not prove that a payment reached the investor's bank account. ## Pages - [Home](https://ncd.lekhavo.com/): what NCD does and answers to common questions - [Privacy Policy](https://ncd.lekhavo.com/privacy): Google sign-in data, uploaded workbook data, retention - [Terms of Service](https://ncd.lekhavo.com/terms): access, responsibilities, verifying output ## Related - [Lekhavo](https://lekhavo.com/): practice-management platform for Indian Chartered Accountants
